How do we reserve a photo session?
Upon reservation, we ask for deposit payment,
- 50,000 yen for wedding and pre-wedding sessions
- 30,000 yen for other sessions.
The deposit is not refundable on any kind of occasion.
What happens in case of bad weather?
We believe the unexpected can add a special touch—like how rain creates beautiful reflections. If you’re comfortable and conditions allow, we’ll go ahead with the session.
But if the weather becomes too difficult, we can discuss about changing the date.
Do you help with the planning process?"
Planning a shoot that feels true to you is what we care about most. It’s not just about the photos—it’s about creating an experience that fits your vibe.
Living in Japan, we can help with everything from picking the perfect spot, finding a great hair and makeup artist, choosing what to wear, and even recommending some awesome local food to try while you’re here. Let’s make it a day that’s all about you!
What should we wear for our photo session?
We recommend wearing something that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and like yourselves. For couple or family photo sessions, soft neutral tones or earth colors tend to photograph beautifully in most settings, whether we’re in nature, the city, or a traditional shrine. Avoid large logos or distracting patterns, as they can draw attention away from your connection.
How many edited photos will we receive?
It totally depends on photo shooting plans that you choose.
With One hour session, we provide you around 150 digital edited images, or sometimes a little more.
Do you offer same-day or rush delivery?
No we don't because we have photo sessions or meetings almost every single day and can't guarantee a rush delivery service.
However, we usually send you first delivery with our selected photos within 2-4 days. Delivery times varies by seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if the photoshoot is difficult to proceed due to heavy rain or poor health on the day of the shoot, we offer a free rescheduling service within six months from the original booking date.
If you wish to reschedule to a date beyond six month, a new booking fee will be required.
Do you provide photos in both color and black & white?
Usually photos are delivered in color mode only because we love colorful photos. However if you want, we can give you both color and BW images upon delivery. You can specify which photos to turn black & white, only if you buy a photo album, on convert images into BW for ones using on the album.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
You can reschedule as long as our schedule matches. However, you need to make another deposit payment when you change a shooting date.
Do we need a permit to take photos?
It depends on locations and your outfits for your photo session. In public parks or streets, we are free to take pictures. Once we enter temples or shrines, some places are strict about taking pictures, even for tourists.
In case wearing bridal costumes, it will limit locations we can choose from, or need to pay some fee.
Are the transportation expenses included?
In couple session or proposal session within Tokyo area, the package prices include my transportation fee. In case of Mt. Fuji or other areas, we will tell you the transportation cost.
Can you provide a car to move between places?
In pre-wedding sessions, we pick you up at your hotel and drive you between locations.
In proposal or couple session, we can provide a transportation service at extra 10,000 yen. But usually we just use taxi or train, while we can take pictures even at stations!
Do you edit to make me slimmer/more pretty?
You’re already beautiful just as you are—and that’s exactly what we want to celebrate in your photos. Our approach is all about keeping things real. When I say we’ll add a bit of magic, we are talking about capturing you in the most natural, honest way, and framing each moment so your personality shines through.
These photos are meant to bring a smile to your face even 10 years from now, reminding you of your true self—not a filtered version. So no, I don’t use Photoshop to change how you look. we might clean up the background a bit—like removing distractions—to keep the focus on you and make the images feel calm and polished.
What do we need to tell you before meeting you?
Please tell us about yourselves. where are you from, and a little about yourselves, and your expectations for the photo session?
If you don’t have any particular idea for location, we can suggest some places based on what you had in mind, such as nature, traditional, urban, beaches, etc. Some locations are easier than others in Tokyo, as some are quite restricted for photography. Please tell me your expectation so that we can discuss it and find the best place for what you have in mind.
Can we do a zoom call before we book?
For one-day wedding session, yet.
For shorter photo sessions like couple session or proposal session, sorry but we don't.
Instead, we spend a lot of time with emails or WhatsApp for details, and they are better methods to share visual samples. You are always welcome to ask us questions.
When will we receive our photos?
Photos will be delivered in two stages:
▶ Within 2 to 6 days after the photoshoot, approximately 30 photos, selected by us as highlights, will be delivered as the first batch .
▶ The remaining photos will be delivered 2 to 3 weeks after the photoshoot.
All photos will be delivered as downloadable JPEG data. RAW data is not provided.
What kind camera do you use?
We use professional Sony cameras with high-resolution sensors that capture incredible detail and beautiful colors. Our selection of premium lenses allows us to create different moods and styles - from intimate close-ups to wide scenic shots. We choose our equipment based on your specific shoot and the atmosphere we want to create together.

Do you provide a video service?
Sorry, Videography is beyond what we can offer.
However, if you want to include a videographer for the shoot, please let me know in advance. we can recommend another person to you.
Can you provide us a hair & make up service?
Our pre-wedding photo sessions include hair & make up service. In other plans like couple session, we can provide you one with extra 30,000 yen.
Before your shooting day, we will discuss preferences for hair styles etc. You might share some photos showing the styles that you wish.
Do you offer a wedding dress rental?
No, we don't have a dress rental service. Majority of our customers bring one from their country if they want to wear a bridal dress.
Please note that bridal costumes significantly limit the locations we can choose from, or need a photo permission in advance.
Can you travel outside of Tokyo?
We can travel any places in Japan as long as our schedule matches. Autumn season (Oct - Dec) is very packed and often difficult to travel far distance, such as Kyoto.
Please let me know where you wish to visit and we will calculate the total travel cost.
